After my shoulder surgery, I needed help getting my body moving again. Physical Therapy was going well, but I needed more, so I could teach PoolSchool# swim lessons in our back yard pool.
That's why I developed CrossFitSwim#. Working my arms, legs, core, and cardio in the pool gave me the strength and range of motion that I needed to teach the basic swim stokes.
It enhanced my PT efforts and dramatically reduced my recovery time.
CrossFitSwim# can help anyone, not just people with post surgery issues, gain flexibility and strengthen their body.
It's a solid cardio experience, easier on the joints, and it's a lot of fun.
